What We Collect

Dark Matter collects only the data you enter to track your mushroom grows — varieties, cultures, colonizations, tubs, harvests, and related records. We use your Google account for authentication.

How We Use Your Data

Your grow data is used solely to provide the tracking features of the app. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where We Store Your Data

Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in the United States. Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via TLS.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In — used for authentication. We receive your name and email address.
• Google Cloud — hosts the backend and database.

We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
